The City is in the process of updating the 2013 North Salt Lake General Plan. The theme is "Imagine NSL 2046", the updated General Plan will provide land use policy guidance for growth out to the year 2046, the City's 100 year anniversary. NEW SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
On January 16, 2024 the City Council adopted ORD2024-01 amending provisions in Title 10 Land Use Regulations and adopting Title 13 Subdivisions. The affective date of the ordinance is January 30, 2024. A copy of the ordinance is available here: ORD2024-01
