The City Recorder is the Records Officer for the City, responsible for all resolutions, ordinances (City Code), City contracts, agreements, City Council and other public meeting minutes.

The City Recorder is also the Elections Officer for the City of North Salt Lake. All elections are now administered via Vote by Mail, and the City contracts with Davis County for administering the elections. The mayor and city council positions of North Salt Lake are at-large positions and candidates serve four-year terms.

City Council Meetings

The City Recorder prepares the minutes for each Council meeting and records all re2018 City Council solutions and ordinances. Agendas and minutes from prior City Council meetings and work sessions are made available electronically.

GRAMA Requests

The City Recorder processes Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) requests. This Act is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to records at all levels of government. For access to information, please submit the GRAMA request form below.
