11.4.25 Update:

We learned this afternoon that the paving contractor made a change to the schedule without informing the City. As you noticed, 900 N. and 950 N. were paved today instead of Wednesday. The paving for 850 N. and Madsen is now scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday) instead of today.

We recognize that this adjustment may have caused confusion, and we apologize for the lack of communication and any inconvenience this created. Thank you for your patience as we work to complete this project as quickly and safely as possible.

11.3.25 Update: 

Paving work is scheduled this week in your neighborhood:

Tuesday, November 4, 2025 • 850 North and Madsen

Wednesday, November 5, 2025 • 900 North and 950 North

Important:

• Please move vehicles out of the paving area by 9:00 AM

• Expect no driveway access until 6:00 PM or later

• Vehicles must remain off freshly paved areas for approximately 5 hours

PRO 850 900 950 madsen map 2025 water line replacement

💧 2025 Water Line Replacement Project – Starting September

Work is scheduled to begin the first week of September on the water line replacement project along 850 N, 900 N, 950 N, and Madsen Lane.

This important infrastructure project will replace aging water lines—some of which are over 50 years old and made of outdated cast iron. The improvements are designed to enhance water service, fire protection, and road conditions in the area.

Project highlights include:

  • Replacement of old water lines

  • New service lateral lines and water meters

  • Relocation of fire hydrants and installation of additional hydrants for improved fire safety

  • New connections to existing home service lines

  • Full asphalt replacement on affected streets
