Records Management Official
The City Recorder is the Records Management official, which includes all resolutions, ordinances (City Code), Council meeting minutes, and all City contracts and agreements.
The Recorder is also the election officer for the City of North Salt Lake. All elections are Vote by Mail, and the City contracts with Davis County for administering the elections. The mayor and city council positions of North Salt Lake are at-large positions and candidates serve four-year terms.
City Council Meetings
The City Recorder prepares the minutes for each Council meeting and records all resolutions and ordinances. Agendas and minutes from prior City Council meetings and work sessions are made available electronically.
The City Recorder processes Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) requests. This Act is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to records at all levels of government. For access to information, please submit the GRAMA request form below.
